Things Are On the Move
Howdy!
Its Justin here. Just wanted to fill you all in on whats going on with Kardia. We've been writting and recording demos of songs a lot, preparing to record our first EP. And so far things have been going great. We know what songs we want to use, we've just got to record vocals on a couple more songs and we'll be ready to start recording the stuff for real.
I think within the next week or 2 we'll be uploading a song or 2 from the demos we've been recroding, and maybe even a video from a show.
We've got a few shows under our belts now, everytime we practice we keep adding more and more to the songs with guitar parts, vocal parts, vocal harmonies, we've even been messing around with some synth's. And we keep getting our show more together as well.
The weekend before last we played a show with our boys in Nigh Is the Hour which was a blast. We'll be playing with them again on April 15th. We'll also be playing with Silversyde on April 16th. We'll have more info on those shows soon.
Its crazy starting a new band from scratch after being in the same band for 6 years. But its a great change. Its a change that needed to happen. Keep an eye open and your ears tuned in, things are starting to line up, we're gearing up, this is gonna be a fun ride!
