Summer of 2012

It's been a while, so I figured I'd let everyone know what's going on!

After some contemplation, we've decided to re-release our Kardia EP with a little more pzaz!
Matt Langston from Eleventyseven, has been hard at work mixing and mastering the original six songs from our cd, and it's going really well. We're aiming for a release sometime in August.
Don't worry, if you already bought the original you can trade it in for the new one!

Along with that, we put some extra cash together bought a Spaun custom drumset!
For you drum enthusiasts, it's an 8 ply, all maple, 5 piece, with a silver glass finish and black hardware. We can't wait to get it on stage and see how it looks with our lights!

That's about it for now, just keep posted to the site and check our Facebook page for more news and a sneak peak of the remixed and revamped song, "So Much for Love!"

Stuffs

Howdy folks. Justin here :-)

So its been a little while since we've posted on here. I hope you all have been keeping up to date with us on Facebook. We had a little bit of a time renewing our domain name, and ended up changing it from kardiaofficial.com to kardiaband.com. Both are supposed to still work, but only kardiaband.com works. We're working on that.

We've been having all sorts of fun though. The other weekend we had a couple more shows with our buds in Eleventyseven. Whicht included a stop at our friends the Sposato's home for a backyard party that broke over 600 people in attendance! Crazy huh!

In addition to that Jeff and Amanda just moved to Albany, Jared and I moved to a house next door to our old one, and thats been an adventure. We found out Jeff and Amanda's sofa doesn't fit into the entry way of their new apartment building, which was at first a bummer (and still is to them), but now the sofa is in my basement so i'm pretty stoked about that haha.

We've also got some cool news coming up about our EP pretty soon so stay tuned for that. And as always 'like' us and follow us on Facebook so you can keep more up to date with us.

peace!

This past weekend we played two shows with Eleventyseven. Always a blast working with these guys. Our light production looks pretty good with them too.

Hey everyone... like the new look of the site? ;-)

We just had a pretty busy weekend of shows. My muscles are sore from all the loading and rocking out (I really need to remember to stretch before shows)! Saturday night was a full out rock show at Love City Fellowship in Gloversville, NY with our friends Silversyde, and a pretty impressive young worship group, D.O.T.R. Sunday evening we played an acoustic set at Change of 1 Ministries in Gloversville, NY. We got to connect with the youth in a relaxed, real & intimate setting, which was really fun! Then last night we played another acoustic set at Big Daddy's Bakery in Broadalbin, NY. Their cookies, cinnamon buns, and cupcakes are AMAZING!

We just hit 300 fans on Facebook, which is awesome. We love you all so much and we thank you for sticking with us and telling your friends about us. This year is going to be filled with some pretty rockin' shows, so please continue to check here and on Facebook to see where we're playing next.
